Sailor is a 2 month old standard poodle puppy. 🐾I’m watching him for a friend. 🥰 I have 4 dogs in the art studio right now. Here’s one of our early training sessions. Join the Dartily studio today and receive a FREE original artwork by me 🥰 https://www.dartilyartstudio.com Hi I’m Faith Humphrey Hill, a portrait artist combining knitting and drawing with digital tools. I was a gallery director for 20 years before becoming a full time artist. Follow my journey into knit prints, knit animations and beyond on my website. https://www.dartily.com/ Supplies used: Museum App by Sktchy https://www.sktchy.com/ Procreate https://procreate.com/ IPad drawing board https://youtu.be/QV5DmhrOW9Q Brother Kh930 Brother Kr850 Img2Track software Brother KH551 Design A Knit software Stitch Sketch app. My work provides an optimistic view of technology’s role in shaping our identity and relationships with each other. The subjects are strangers to me, just as they are to the viewer of the finished work. Being a visual artist, I use my eyes to learn about the person, and in the process find commonalities between us. Knitting (a form of binary code) is included because of its continuous flow of fibers that mirrors our interconnectedness as people. These pieces are created using new and old machines. Incorporating technology in the process reflects my life with metal implants; as I am a balance between organic and inorganic so should my art. #drawing #art #knitting #digitalart #digitalartforbeginners #artandcraft #artist #speedpaint #drawwithme #letsdraw #chill #relaxing #artprocess #digitaldrawingtutorial #portraitart #portraitartist #portraitdrawing #procreate #procreatespeedpaint #procreatespeedpainting #knittingmachine #letsdraw #machineknitting #brotherknittingmachine #knitting #dog #dogtraining #puppy #puppytraining #akcdog Tue, 20 Oct 2026 18:07:06 GMT https://validator.w3.org/feed/docs/rss2.html PeerTube - https://diode.zone https://diode.zone/lazy-static/avatars/61b689b7-84d5-43c7-9fa8-e63a7fd1d952.png https://diode.zone/videos/watch/0b7a76c6-6352-409d-b94a-5fc1d88f3b22 All rights reserved, unless otherwise specified in the terms specified at https://diode.zone/about and potential licenses granted by each content's rightholder. https://diode.zone/w/2qd8uikWR3mbBBV9egcHVm;threadId=42793 https://diode.zone/w/2qd8uikWR3mbBBV9egcHVm;threadId=42793 Mon, 04 Dec 2023 18:44:03 GMT @faith_humphrey_hill@diode.zone Oh that's great!
