block printing an edition of 40 prints by hand https://diode.zone/videos/watch/c56af6e4-e619-449f-9136-bad75ec2b11e this is kind of a long story, and probably better told elsewhere, but this is me printing an edition of 40 of an image I created first with an extremely deep multi-iteration exploration with midjourney, then I redrew that with pen and ink, and then i re-redrew it onto this printing block, reformatting it to fit the aspect ratio. I kept a lot of the elements, but I condensed and adjusted it for a good outcome with the blockprinting medium. linguistics note: there is no spoken dialog, and the end credits graphic says "Music by Haptic Synapses" which is the band I'm in with two of my friends.
