There's a brief bit of radio chatter while they attempt to communicate with another pair already flying at cruise altitude, but the other pair basically says "look, we're going this way -- you can follow or not" in Goose Code.

This was filmed from in between Compare Foods and the abandoned movie theater off Avondale Drive. Stills from the same walk are here: https://hypertwins.org/mw/2023/03/05

This is the second mouse we've caught with the Hav-a-Hart trap. Unfortunately we forgot to check the trap daily after setting it up in the laundry room (the first mouse was caught in the office, where I could see the trap from where I work), so it might have been there for a couple of days -- but apparently it was still fine, by the time I discovered it on the evening of 11/13. It probably subsisted on the peanut-butter bait at first, and then just didn't move much. I gave it more peanut butter and an egg-up of water, and then also a pecan the next morning to snack on until I was ready to take it outside.

I accidentally thwacked it with the door when trying to get it out -- oops. Sorry, mouse. 😦 Fortunately the doors are quite light and I don't think any damage was done.

The first 40 seconds are so are just a closeup of the mouse still in the trap, being all cute and cleaning itself.

I really wanted to take the three short bits where the mouse zoops away while still on camera, slow them down, and put them all together -- but experience hath shewn that I'd probably end up yelling at kdenlive for 2 hours and only maybe accomplish anything.
