Its a long POV shot from the front of a train traveling through lush green hillsides and over a bridge into an eventual tunnel.

The music playing is a rendition of Johann Sebastian Bach's CELLO SUITE NO.１　PRELUDE, performed solo on saxophone by Yasuaki Shimizu: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2wL5SYg7390

It is a nice refreshing movie, and I really liked this opening piece.

In English, the bit of dialogue is as follows:

"There are two directions we can go: toward a bright future, or a dark one. But we've been given the ability to make wise choices. We can choose the right path."

Thomas Nail is the author of the highly recommended series on Lucretius, where he approaches his work De Rerum Natura from a perspective of careful translation to reveal ideas of kinetic materialism.

"Thomas Nail joins the cast to give us an overview of the work of the ancient philosopher Lucretius, who is known for his generally atheistic ontology and his theory of the clinamen or "the swerve". The discussion covers the interest of 20th century philosophers in Lucretius theories, as well as the related political implications which issued forth."

Released in 1990 by Eleven Foot Productions. I lifted a digitized VHS of this that was broken into different parts/slightly corrupted - and fixed/concatenated, for preservation's sake. I find this to be a very honest and important documentation of an oft neglected subject - those without homes taking matters into their own hands.
