After my repair, I tried a second flight. Worked so far in NavPosHold 3D mode, but crashed on Horizon mode. This video cut is to debug the start and shows the flight recorder log as visualized using INAV Blackbox Explorer.

I'm wondering why my launch takes so much throttle and why the copter has the tendency to raise on the front side first?

My third flight, this time without crash but with heavy vibrations. I started with ANGLE mode and activated NAVPOSHOLD. This worked, but before there was only a Navigation not Safe warning even if GPS had fix.

First FPV flight and crash

My first flight with FPV camera and succex Force VTX and Eachine mini TV DVR combo with diversity and stock antennas. Unfortunatly there is still some struggle and the copter drifts away. And entering the NAVPOSHOLD resulted in a crash. Luckily no damages, but this needs further research.

Before the OSD allowed me to understand better what is going on compared to the last crashes. I noticed that I used HORIZON mode, which isn't as safe as ANGLE mode. And there seemed to be a fallback to ACRO when I switched modes.

Maidenflight and crash

Finally I finished my build and did a first maiden flight with iNav. Unfortunatly, the copter drifted away, flipped in the air and crashed to the ground. Luckily only (all!) propellers were broken, everything else was still ok.

A postmortem analysis using blackbox Explorer showed, that I didn't seem to start controll it fast enough. Also I noticed, that I had to use NavPosAltHold to keep the drone at the same position. And furthermore I had wrong order of motors. Well they turned in the right direction, but their thread was just wrong. So I expect that one nut turned free, a rotor fly away and the quad turned upside down and out of control.
